S. E. X.

Of course you like it.  Remember that one time, you guys did that one thing.  OMG. Mind-blowing!

Obviously, you know that not every time can be like that.  But still, it would be nice to feel as good about your sex life as you did that time.

Sex isn’t so simple.  And having a healthy sex life isn’t all about reading about how to have tantric sex, buying the best toys, and it definitely isn’t just letting go of who you are to satisfy your partner.

I want to talk to you about getting the healthiest —not raunchiest or most orgasmic—sex.  This is about honoring the joining of your mind and body!

Our biggest sex organ is our brain!

And there’s only one person who can make your sex life better—and that’s you!

How comforting is that?  You should feel empowered!  Even if you are a bit overwhelmed by that idea.

So how do you get to that point of feeling like the most beautiful sex goddess that has ever existed?  I am going to tell you that it takes work. You will need to throw out ideas that don’t serve you about sex.  (I promise you that your partner isn’t judging you when you are on top)

You have to look at the values that lie beneath the surface.  That work is challenging. But I want to offer you a way that you can tackle these deep issues in a safe, reasonably paced, and fun way.

When Dr. B announced she was hosting this class, I knew I wanted to participate. I was nervous and excited; nervous to be vulnerable with a bunch of strangers and excited to learn new things. Dr. B did not disappoint. Immediately you dig right into it all. You realize that all the taboo behaviors or thoughts are normal; so struggling with intimacy in your marriage doesn’t make you weird. Thinking about all things you need to do for the week during sex; normal, yes, healthy, no. I am not going to lie it’s hard if you really truly do the work but it is rewarding. I can’t say that my sex drive has suddenly increased but the desire to have that intimacy has. My low libido is caused by medicine that I need to take, so you work with what you got.

Some of the issues we discuss in this 4-week course include:

  • #metoo—how do I fit my sexuality into this worldwide movement?
  • What the hell is sexy?
  • How sexiness changes with age
  • Regrets about sex or encounters, guilt
  • Commenting about others sex lives
  • Sexual dysfunctions—low libido, porn addiction, rejection etc.
  • Tips to “healthify” your sex…tonight.
  • Much, much MUCHO more!

I run this course in a secure, private group off of Facebook and the prying eyes of the Russian government!  You can be as anonymous as you want, or bare it all (not literally #rules) and share it all!

Look at how much this course has impacted these women:

I am so glad I decided to participate in the Healthiest Sex course with Dr. Bartos! The study sheets asked questions that helped me really examine the origin of my beliefs about sex and sexuality. I was raised in the 50’s, and I hadn’t realized how the things that I was taught (or not taught) have had a negative impact on me as an adult.

Dr. Bartos’s “matter of fact” approach to sex and sexuality gave me the freedom to ask even the most intimate questions.  Her ability to interject humor into the videos definitely added to the relaxed and open format.

A healthy sex life is possible for every woman – regardless of age. As a vivacious woman in my 60’s, I am so excited to incorporate the information from this course into my relationship with my partner.

Healthy Sex has been the most eye-opening experience that I have encountered in a long time.  I am a vibrant woman in my 50 ‘s but still, I have insecurities and fears about my sex life.  Dr. Bartos’s workshop opened the door for me to see that I am not alone feeling this way and that I can get past these insecurities and fears and have a WONDERFUL sex life, it is obtainable!  I have grown and learned, most of all I feel more empowered and confident in my sexuality and for that I am grateful. (so is my husband!)!

What if when you turned around and walked away from your partner naked you weren’t worried about any dimples that may or may not be there (seriously who can even see their booty that well themselves?)

What if you just walked into the bedroom and felt like a sexy, empowered, confident woman who understands her body and what she wanted and needed? That CAN be you.

Here’s the deal though.  This course is not meant to be open to the worldwide interwebs all at once.  This is meant to be a private group of women who are all working personally towards their own goals, free from judgment.  How do we achieve that? We limit membership.

There is a cap on how many women will be able to get into this course.  I want everyone to have an equal chance to get in before it fills up; so sign up for the waitlist.  You’ll get some fun tips while you are so patiently waiting. Space is seriously limited, and a better sex life is just a, super convenient, eCourse away!

Sign up today to be the first to find
out when the course is about to open.

I promise you won’t be disappointed you did!
